Investments

Profitable Investments Secure Your Future.

Investments you have, need to be performing solidly, unless you want your future to be in the hands of the government. Are you about to let ranting politicians control your future?

It’s time to review your Investments and make some tough decisions.

There are a myriad of Investments you can get into depending on your level of experience and the level of participation you would like to have. A few of the more common Investments available are Stocks, Securities, Investment Funds or Commercial and Residential Property. There are also many derivatives of each of the Investment asset classes and thousands of contrived schemes with someone always trying to sell you on their group of Investments.

Which Investment Is The Best For You?

No two investors are the same and it is a very personal thing but there are a few questions you should ask yourself before going into any Investment.

  •  How much time am I willing to spend on Managing My Investments?
  •  Do I want Investment Property (bricks and mortor)?
  • Will I be able to sleep at night when I make these Investments?
  • Should I have someone else manage my Investments for me?
  • What are the consequences of someone else being in control of my assets?
  • What are the real facts with regard to these Investments?
  • Will I be better off or worse off by making this decision on my Investments?

No One Cares More About Your Money Than You Do.

It pays to do your homework on anyone you are about to take advice from regarding your Investments.
We've seen some all-mighty collapses recently of the "I'll do it all for you" type of Investment Programs that have literally lost millions of dollars of ordinary people’s hard-earned money.

While it’s true there are a lot of experienced Investment Advisors and Managers around it is also very true that no one cares more about your money than you and no one is more affected by the protection and performance of your Investments than you are.

Consider the consequences of your Investments making huge losses on anyone other than yourself. Advisors take a percentage of the gains and the value of your Investments but rarely do they offer to pay any of your losses. They usually still get paid and call it a fee for service for managing your Investments. Coming from industries where you are only paid for results I personally don’t approve of this practice, however it seems to be the standard in the Investment industry.

The current market will more than likely stop certain advisors recommending high-risk and highly leveraged Investments to uneducated people. However you will still need to be aware of what is happening in the investment world and educate yourself no matter which path you pursue with your Investments.
